摘    要:对人血清促甲状腺激素放射免疫测定,测得14~60岁正常成人血清TSH95%正常值范围为1.0~10.0μIU/ml,此水平与年龄呈抛物曲线关系,在儿童及老人含量较高,其对原发性甲状腺机能减退的诊断优于其它甲功测定,对鉴别原发及继发性甲减能提供直接和可靠的证据,垂体机能低下所致的甲减及甲亢患者血清TSH水平较低,所以TSH放射免疫测定具有临床应用价值。

Abstract:The clinical usefulness of radioimmunoassay for humun thyrotropn-in(h-TSH) has been evaluated in 251 subjects with and without thyroidabnormalities. Values of serum thyrotrophin in 95% of euthyroid subjects at theage of 14-60 years ranged 1.0 10.0 units Per milliliter. The distribution ofvalues with age defined a parabolical relationship, being higher in the early andlate decades of life. The discrimination of the assay is greater in the diagnosis ofparimary hypothyroidism than any other available thyroid function tests. Itoffers the most direct and reliable means of differentiating primary and secondaryhypothyroidism. The usefulness of the assay was also confirmed by a variety ofother thyroid and endocrine abnormalities. It was very low in cases withhypothyroidism secondary to hypopituitarism and in 22 hyperthyroid patients.
