| 摘 要： | 以白虎人参汤加减方治疗胃热炽盛 ,气阴亏虚证型的 2型糖尿病患者 5 4例 ,4周后观察其治疗前后血糖、FIns、ISI、血脂以及BMI的变化。结果显示 ,治疗前后FPG、2hPG、Fins、ISI、TC、TG、BMI存在显著性差异 (P<0. 0 5或P <0 . 0 1) ,提示白虎人参汤加减方能有效地改善胃热炽盛 ,气阴亏虚证型的 2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗 ,同时具有降低血糖、血脂以及减重的作用。

| Abstract: | cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus have been treated by modified Bai Hu Ren Sheng Decoction,who belong to the syndrome differentiation of excess of stomach-heat and deficiency of Qi and Yin.After four weeks,the patients take some inspections,including FPG,2hPG,FIns,ISI,TC,TG and BMI.The results indicate all the above indices have obvious differences before and after the treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).This clinical observation shows Modified Bai Hu Ren Sheng Decoction can effectively improve insulin resistance and has good effects on decreasing hyperglycemia,hyperlipemia and weight at the same time. |
