| 摘 要： | 通过筛选丙酸钠及红霉素抗性变株的方法。获得了一株红霉素高产菌株F2-4．其发酵术平较出发菌株提高了15．2%．通过对发酵培养基的正交试验及单因素试验使得F2-4菌株的发酵水平有了进一步的提高．

| Abstract: | An Erythromycin productive high-yielding mutant F2 4 was screened by the test of precursor tolerance and Erythromycin tolerance. The fermentation yield of which is 15 2% more than that of parental strain. Furthermore, the Medium Cross-out Test and Single factor Test further improves the fermentation yield of the strain F2 4. |
