摘    要:观察刺激中缝背核(DR)对大鼠视交叉上核(SCN)光敏神经元单位放电的影响,并进行药理学分析。结果表明:刺激DR能明显抑制SCN神经元光诱发放电。这种抑制作用能被5 HT2/7受体拮抗剂ritanserin 阻断,但不能被选择性5 HT2 受体拮抗剂1 NP阻断。对5 HT7 有较高亲和力的神经阻断剂clozapine也能阻断刺激DR的抑制效应。实验结果提示,刺激DR对SCN 光敏神经元放电的抑制,可能是通过5 HT7 样受体起作用的

Abstract:The effect of dorsal raphe nucleus (DR) stimulation on the unit discharge of suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN)neurons was studied and analyzed pharmacologically in the Wistar rats.Experimental results showed that DR stimulation could significantly inhibit the light induced discharge of SCN neurons.This inhibitory effect of DR stimulation on the discharge of light sensitive SCN neurons was blocked by ritanserin(5 HT 2/7 antagonist) but not by 1 NP (5 HT 2 selective antagonist). Neuroleptic clozapine which has a moderate affinity to 5 HT 7 receptor could also block the inhibitory effect of DR stimulation. It was suggested that the inhibitory effect of DR stimulation on the light induced discharges of SCN neuron might be mediated by 5 HT 7 like receptor.
