神经激肽B在妊娠期高血压疾病中含量的变化

摘    要:目的:探讨神经激肽B(NKB)与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)、免疫组化法检测35例妊娠期高血压疾病患者、10例正常孕妇产前及产后,15例正常育龄非孕妇女外周血NKB水平及在胎盘组织中的表达。结果:(1)妊娠期高血压疾病组产前血浆NKB水平明显高于非孕组和正常妊娠组(P<0.01),正常妊娠组高于非孕组(P<0.01)。妊娠期高血压组,子痫前期轻度组、重度组及子痫组产前血浆NKB水平逐渐升高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。产后血浆NKB水平迅速下降,与产前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)妊娠期高血压疾病组NKB阳性反应平均灰度值高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01),其合体滋养细胞NKB表达水平随妊娠期高血压疾病的加重逐渐升高(P<0.01)。结论:异常升高的NKB可能参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的发生和发展。

Abstract:Objective :To determine whether hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is associated with neurokinin B (NKB). Method: NKB level in the maternal plasma from 35 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, 10 normal pregnant women and 15 nonpregnant women was measured by enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA). The expression of NKB in the placenta from them was measured by the imInunohischemistory. Results: ( 1 ) The plasma NKB levels in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (59.20 ± 25.21ng/L) were significantly higher than those of normal pregnancies and normal nonpregnant women (27.68 ±6.19ng/L), (4.69 ±2.39ng/L) (P 〈0.01 ) ,respectively,and it was higher in normal pregnant than that of normal nonpregnant group(P 〈 0.01 ). There was significant difference of plasma NKB levels among the patients with gestational hypertension, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia, and eclampsia groups (P 〈 0.01 ), respectively. At 48 hours after delivery, the concentrations of plasma NKB were significantly decreased in all pregnant groups compared with the value measured at admission (P 〈 0.01 ). (2) Expression of NKB in syncytiotrophoblast from hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy increased significantly(P 〈 0.01 ), and associated with the severity of the disease. Conclusion: Elevated NKB in placenta and plasma may play an important role in the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
