日戴与周戴软性接触镜近视患者角膜内皮细胞观察

目的观察日戴与周戴软性接触镜对角膜内皮细胞的影响，探讨戴镜安全性。方法应用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜观察日戴与周戴软性接触镜患者25人47眼及正常对照组24人48只眼的角膜内皮细胞。结果周戴软性接触镜组角膜内皮面积增大、细胞密度减少、六边形细胞百分率下降、变异系数增高；日戴软性接触镜组六边形细胞百分率下降、细胞变异系数增高。结论周戴软件接触镜对角膜内皮细胞密度和形态影响非常显著，日戴软性接触镜仅表现为角膜内皮形态异常。日戴软性接触镜比周戴软性接触镜安全。

Corneal Endothelium of Myopic Patients Wearing Soft Contact Lens by Every Day or Every Week

To study the effect of every day and every week wearing soft contact lens on corneal endothelium. To investigate how to improve the wearing soft contact lens's safety. Methods Non-contact specular microscopy was used to evaluate corneal epithelial changes induced by 25 myopic patients wearing soft contact lens by every day or every week (47eyes ) and contral group of 24 peoples(48eyes). Results The corneal endothelial cell density and the frequency rate of hexagonal cells decreased whereas the cell size and the coefficient of rariation increased in the every week wearing group. The frequency rate of hexagonal cells decreased and the coefficient of rariation increased whereas the cell size and the cell density abnormal in the every day wearing group. Conciusion Every week wearing soft contact lens patients would affect the corneal endothelial density and shape very obvious. Whereas every day's only affect the corneal endothelial shape. Every day wearing soft contact lens myopic patients is safer than every week's.
