临沂市流行性脑脊髓膜炎流行特征分析

目的]了解临沂市流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)流行特征,为做好流脑防制工作提供科学依据。方法]对1956～2006年临沂市流脑疫情、病原学检验与血清抗体检测资料进行分析。结果]1956～1980年合计发病212985例,年均发病率为81.14/10万,死亡14121例,病死率为6.63%;1981～1986年合计发病6781例,年均发病率为10.76/10万,死亡246例,病死率为3.63%;1987～2006年合计发病609例,年发病率均在0.30/10万以下,死亡34例,病死率为5.58%。2005年检测33例流脑病人的脑脊液、血液、皮肤淤点,检出脑膜炎双球菌12株(A群9株、C群3株)。2005年检测健康人群血清417份,流脑抗体阳性率,A群为95.20%,C群为39.33%(P<0.01);抗体几何平均滴度A群为1∶26.67,C群为1∶9.91(P<0.01)。结论]目前临沂市流脑发病率很低,已出现C群菌株引起的病例。

Analysis of Epidemiological Characteristic of Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis in Linyi City

Objective]To find out the epidemiological characteristic of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Linyi city,provide scientific references for controlling the epidemic of cerebrospinal meningitis.Methods]Data of the epidemic,etiological examination and serum antibody were analyzed.Results]There were 212 985 cases were reported from 1956 to 1980,the yearly average incidence was 81.14/100 000,14 121 cases died,the death rate was 6.63%.There were 6 781 cases were reported from 1981 to 1986,the yearly average incidence was 10.76/100 000,246 cases died,the death rate was 3.63%.There were 609 cases were reported from 1987 to 2006,the yearly average incidence was under 0.30/100 000,34 cases died,the death rate was 5.58%.Cerebrospinal fluid,blood and skin petechia were tested for 33 cases in 2005.12 strains of meningococcus were detected(9 strains of group A,3 strains of group C).413 serum collected from healthy people were tested,positive rate of the antibody against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis was 95.20%(group A)and 39.33%(group C)(P<0.01).The geometric mean antibody titer of group A was 1:26.67,group C was 1:9.91(P<0.01).Conclusion]The morbidity rate of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis was low.The cases caused by the strain of group C were reported.
