| 摘 要： | 目的：建立疏肝利胆胶囊的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：SHIMADZU VP-ODS（250mm×4．6mm，5um），流动相：甲醇：0．1％磷酸溶液（80：20，V／V），流速：1．0ml·min^-1，检测渡长：254nm，柱温：30℃。结果：大黄素在10．13～250．8μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9996）；平均加样回收率为96．2％，RSD=1．2％（n=6）；大黄酚在10．00—250．0μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9998）；平均加样回收率为96．7％。KSD=1．3％（n=6）.结论：该方法简便易行，结果准确可靠，可适用于连翘败毒丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | objective To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of emodin and chysophanol in. Shugan lidan Capsules. Method：The shimadzu VPODS C18 （250mm× 4.6mm, 5um） was used, the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（80：20）,the column temperature was 30℃ ,the detection wavelength was 254 nm. the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 .Results：The linear ranges of emodin and chrysophanol were at 10.13-250.8μg·ml^-1 （r=0.9996） and 10.00-250.0μg ·ml^-1 （r=0.9998） respectively, the average recoveries（n=6） were 96.2% and 96.7% with RSD 1.2% and 1.3% respeclivery. Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate, it can be used for quality control of shugan lidan Capsules. |
