| 摘 要： | ①目的了解人类乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）抗原在喉癌组织中的分布情况及其关系。②方法用免疫组织化学方法，对喉癌组织进行了ＨＰＶ抗原检测。③结果６０例病人中，１７例为ＨＰＶ抗原阳性，阳性率为２８％．在１６例高度分化的喉癌中，７例ＨＰＶ抗原阳性（４４％）；在２３例中度分化的喉癌中，８例ＨＰＶ抗原阳性（３５％）；在２１例低度分化的喉癌中，只有２例ＨＰＶ抗原阳性（１０％）。经统计学检验，细胞分化程度高的喉癌组织，其ＨＰＶ抗原检出率明显高于细胞分化程度低者（χ２＝１０．５９，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论ＨＰＶ与喉癌的致病有关，且ＨＰＶ抗原检出率与细胞分化程度有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) in laryngeal carcinomas and understand the relationship between HPV and laryngeal carcinoma. Methods HPV antigens were detected by immunohistochemical method in 60 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues. Results In 60 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, 17 cases showed HPV antigen (28%). In 16 cases of highly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma, 7 cases showed HPV antigen (44%); In 23 cases of moderately differentiated laryngeal carcinoma, 8 cases showed HPV antigen(35%); In 21 cases of poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma, only 2 cases showed HPV antigen(10%). Conclusions There was correlation between HPV and laryngeal carcinomas; and the expression of HPV antigen occurred in late stage of cell differentiation. |
