摘    要:星形胶质细胞(Ast)是中枢神经系统的主要成分之一,具有对各种损害产生强烈反应的特性,胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)是Ast的骨架蛋白。在生理情况下脑内少有表达,而在病理状态下出现反应性表达增强。GFAP的表达增强是Ast活化增殖的特征性标志,在神经系统发育及病理过程中发挥重要作用,对神经元的存活、突起的再生和神经系统功能的恢复有重要的影响。本文回顾了Ast中GFAP的一般生物学功能,阐述了其与神经系统病变有关的病理生理研究进展。

Abstract:Astrocytes is one of the main ingredients in the central nervous system with the strong reaction for a variety of damage. Glial fibrillary acidic protein is the cytoskeleton of the astrocytes. It is a little of expression in the physiological condition, while stronger expression under pathological. The high expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) is a marker of activation of astrocyte. Astrocytes play an important part in the process of nervous development and pathology, and can highly affect neuronal survival, axonal regeneration and recovery of neurological function. This article reviewed the general biological function of GFAP, and expounded the new patho-physiological develpoment of nervous disorder related to it.
