猕猴诊断性颞颌关节镜外科

通过对４只年轻猕猴头颅的额颌关节及牙、的解剖生理特点研究，总结了猕猴与人类的有关颞颌关节解剖生理和关节腔穿刺等方面的异同点。在此基础上，对１０只中老年猕猴进行了关节镜诊断。值得重视的是中老年猕猴的颞颌关节上腔的关节镜下表现有着几乎与人相同的关节囊内正常结构及多种类型的病理变化。由此可见：猕猴的颞颌关节除了与人的极为相近外，中老年猕猴可患有与人类类似的关节病，有可能被推崇为颞颌关节研究的天然病理模型。

Diagnostic arthroscopy of the Maraca mulatto''s TMJ

To gain further knowledge about features of Maraca mulatto's TMJ, occlusion,and teeth, we underwent examining 4 rhesus monkeys with 8 joints. The same and different features were concluded between Maraca mulatto' s anatomical structres and human beings. Afterwards, 10 aged rhesus monkeys with 20 joints were examined by TMJ arthroscopy. The results showed that the appearances in 70% (14/20) of the aged were the same as those in human pathologic TMJs. Conclusion, the Maraca mulatto can suffer from the same arthropathy as human being, and it is possible to choose the aged as a natural pathologic model.
