加合百服宁治疗中、重度癌痛的疗效观察

 目的　观察加合百服宁治疗中、重度癌痛的临床疗效。方法　一次剂量 (加合百服宁 2片 )给药 ,于给药后连续观察 4～ 8h患者的疼痛情况。结果　服药后总的疼痛缓解率为 6 2 .2 2 % ,对中、重度癌痛的疼痛绥解率分别为 70 .5 9%与 5 7.1 4 % ,二者无统计学差异 ;止痛的起效时间约 0 .5～ 1 h,疼痛缓解持续时间约 3.5 h;在疼痛缓解持续时间上 ,中度疼痛明显好于重度疼痛。结论　由于合并应用了咖啡因 ,加合百服宁在镇痛疗效上比一般的非甾体抗炎药要好。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Bufferin Plus for Moderate and Severe Cancer Pain

Objective To study the clinical effect of the moderate and severecancer pain by using bufferin plus.Methods Two tablets of bufferin plus were given at one dose.The pain of the patients who had used drugs had been studied continuously 4 to 8 hours.Results The total pain relief rate is 62.22%,including 70.59% with moderate pain and 57.14% with severe pain.Furthermore,there is no significant difference between moderate and severe pain;The onset of therapeutic effect occurs approximately 0.5～1hour.It needs about 1.5 hours to get pain relief and maintenance time is nearly 3.5hours;In terms of the maintenance time,moderate pain's is obvious longer than severe pain's.Conclusion Besause of combining caffeine,buferin plus is better than usual non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS)on analgesic therapeutic effectiveness.This study proved the rule of WHO analgesic step ladder is right.
