| 摘 要： | 目的了解前列腺素E1(PGE1)与其它药物治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)疗效的差异。方法应用Meta分析方法对PGE1治疗ACI的10组病例与其它药物治疗ACI的10组病例进行对照研究,并进行同质性检验和合并效应量的检验。结果(1)同质性检验:χ2=2.8868,自由度为9,P>0.05。(2)合并效应量的检验:OR合并=2.8559,OR合并95%可信区间为1.99~4.08。(3)OR合并的检验:χ2=33.1238,P<0.01。结论PGE1治疗ACI的疗效显著优于其它常用药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the difference of efficacy between prostaglandin E1(PGE1) and other drugs in treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The efficacies of PGE1 or other drugs in treatment of ACI were analyzed by meta-analysis in homogeneity test and combined test in 10 studies.Results (1)Homogeneity test shows that the cited studies are homogeneous with χ~2=2.8868,P>0.05;and (2)combined test shows that the combined OR=2.8559 and its 95% confidence interval was between1.99～4.08(χ~2=33.1238,P<0.001). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of PGE1 for ACI is significantly superior to those of the medications used at present. |
