| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)成像技术在主动脉夹层支架封闭术中的价值。方法：对40例主动脉夹层支架封闭术中的DSA成像参数及图像进行回顾性分析。结果：支架封闭术前，主动脉真假腔的显示率为100％，32例(80％)破口显示清晰，其余8例(20％)破口显示不典型；支架封闭术后，显示内漏5例，支架移位、变形2例，4例图像存在伪影。结论：DSA成像技术在主动脉夹层支架封闭术中对手术方法的选择、支架定位、并发症的发现及处理有着极大的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the value of Digital Subtract Angiography (DSA) in endovascular stent-grafts isolating aorta dissection. Methods: Technological parameters and images of DSA performed in 40 patients with aorta dissection treated by endovascular stent-grafts were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All real and false cavity of aorta were demonstrated successfully. Sites of dissection of 32 patients were displayed clearly before stent-grafts placement. 5 endo-leaking and 2 stent-grafts misplacements were observed after treatment. Artifact was detected in 4 DSA images. Conclusion:Digital Subtract Angiography was important in endovascular stent-grafts isolating aorta dissection. |
