手术治疗髋臼骨折

目的:总结髋臼骨折的治疗效果。方法:手术治疗髋臼骨折20例,根据骨折类型采用重建钢板及拉力螺钉固定。结果:患者均获随访,时间6个月～24个月。复位情况按Matta标准:解剖复位12例,满意复位8例。关节功能按改良D'Aubigne和Postel评定标准:优9例,良6例,可3例,差2例。结论:术前明确骨折分类、手术时机适当、合适入路、可靠内固定及满意复位是提高髋臼骨折治疗效果的关键。

Surgical Treatment for Acetabulum Fractures

Objective:To summarize the effect of surgical treatment for acetabulum fractures.Methods:20 cases of acetabulum fractures were treated with reconstruction plates and leg sctews fixation based on different classificafion.Results:All cases were followed up from 6 to 24 months.According to Matta criterion,12 cases were reduced anatomically,8 cases were reduced satisfactory.According to D' Aubigne-Postel evaluation,the results were excellent in 9,good in 6,fair in 3 and poor in 2.Conclusion:Correct classification of fractures before operation,appropriate selection of operative approach,satisfactory fracture reduction,reliable internal fixation and timely operation might be key points to improve outcome of acelebulum fractures.
