| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺旋CT扫描对临床表现不典型急性阑尾炎的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析39例经手术及病理诊断为急性阑尾炎而临床表现不典型的患者螺旋CT资料。结果：39例中被螺旋CT诊断为急性阑尾炎为37例,其中单纯性阑尾炎2例,急性化脓性阑尾炎24例,阑尾脓肿8例,阑尾穿孔伴局部腹膜炎2例,坏疽性阑尾炎伴弥漫性腹膜炎1例。结论：螺旋CT扫描对临床表现不典型急性阑尾炎的诊断及鉴别诊断有较高的价值。
