孤立性肺结节的CT诊断

目的 评价孤立肺结节（ＳＰＮ）的ＣＴ征象及其在鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 对７１例ＳＰＮ（周转型肺癌４０例，结核瘤２１例，炎性假瘤１０例）的ＣＴ征象进行回顾性分析。列举１８个征象进行统计，常规ＣＴ检查７１例，高分辩ＣＴ（ＨＲＣＴ）检查４４例。结果 １８个ＣＴ征象中有鉴别意义的主要征象有深分叶征、空泡征、空气支气管征、毛刺、棘状突起、血管支气管集束征、钙化、卫星灶和周围支扩征。ＨＲＣＴ显示这些征象较清楚

Computed tomography of the solitary pulmonary nodule

Objective To evaluate the CT findings of solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN) and the copability of CT in differential diagnosis. Methods The CT findings of 71 cases with SPN (40 patients with peripheral lung cancer, 21 patients with tuberculoma and 10 patients with inflammatory pseudotumor) were analyzed. 18 main signs were recorded. Standard CT were performed in all patients and high resolution computed tomography (HRCT) were performed in 44 patients. Results The main signs in differential diagnosis of SPN included: deep lolulation, vacuol sign, air bronchogam, spiculation, spiculate protubeance, bronchovascular convergence, calcificataon, satellites and peripheral bronchiectasis. These signs were demorstrated more clearly in HRCT than in standard. Conclusions SPN of various nature are of the specific signs. therefor, careful recogniztion and analyse of the signs would help to increase the diagnostic level.
