显微手术治疗椎管内肿瘤25例临床分析

目的探讨椎管内肿瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析2000年至2007年收治的25例椎管内肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果椎管内良性肿瘤24例，完整切除23例，术后恢复良好22例，1例无明显改善；1例次全切除。另1例为恶性肿瘤，次全切除，7年后复发，再次手术治疗。结论MRI对于椎管内肿瘤有很高的定位和定性诊断价值，手术是椎管内肿瘤的惟一有效的治疗方法，手术时间越早效果越好；对于椎管内外哑铃型肿瘤可以一期切除。

Clinical Analysis of 25 Patients with Intraspinal Tumors Treated by Microsurgery

Objective To discuss diagnosis and treatment of intraspinal tumors. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with intraspinal tumors undergoing microsurgery in our department from 2000 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 24 patients with benign tumors, 23 received total resection of the tumor and 1 subtotal. Of these 24 patients, 22 were recovered well, 1 was improved and 1 unchanged. One patients with malignant tumor, who underwent subtotal resection of the tumor, underwent an 6peration again 7 years after the first operation due to the recurrent tumor. Conclusions MRI is of great value to the localization and qualitative diagnosis of the imtraspinal tumors. Surgery is only effective method to treat the intraspinal tumors.
