脑苷肌肽注射液治疗外伤性视神经损伤的临床疗效

目的观察脑苷肌肽注射液对外伤性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法头部外伤引起的视神经损伤患者19例(21眼),给予脑苷肌肽注射液12 mL 5%GS 500 mL,,iv gtt,qd,疗程为2 wk。治疗后1 mo复查视力和视觉电生理情况,通过比较治疗前后视力和视觉电生理的改变评判脑苷肌肽注射液治疗外伤性视神经病变的疗效。结果经脑苷肌肽治疗后,所有患者视力稳定,其中15眼视力有不同程度的提高,17眼视觉诱发电位出现不同程度的好转。结论脑苷肌肽注射液在视神经受损早期治疗是有效的,最好在外伤后1 mo内使用。

Clinical curative effect of using cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection in treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy

AIM To observe the clinical efficacy of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection on traumatic optic neuropathy.METHODS Nineteen patients(twenty-one eyes) with traumatic optic neuropathy were given cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection by intravenous drip for 2 wk to 1 mo.The visual acuity and visual evoked potentials were compared before and after the treatment with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection.RESULTS After the treatment with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection,the visual acuity of all patients was stable,among them the visual acuity of 15 eyes went better,and the visual evoked potentials of 17 eyes turned better in some degree.CONCLUSION Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection is effective for the early treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy,after trauma it would be best to use it within one month.
