目的 探讨手术、麻醉等因素对老年人非心脏手术术中心血管并发症的影响。方法 回顾性分析３０８８例老年非心脏手术病人的临床资料。结果 发生术中心血管并发症的老年非以及手术病的平均年龄明显大未发生并发症的病人，且男性多于女性。泌尿系部位手术术中心血管并发症明显多于其它部位，其中以前列腺切除术术中心血管并发症最多见。脊柱麻醉病人的术中心血管并发症明显多于全麻和局麻病人，结论高龄、男性以及不同手术部位、手术

Clinical study of intraoperative cardiovascular complication in geriatric noncardiac surgery

Objective To study the influence of different types of operation and anesthesia on intraoperative cardiovascular complication of geriatric noncardiac surgery. Methods Retrospective analyze the clinical data of 3088 patients undergone geriatric noncardiac surgery.Results The average age of noncardiac geriatric patients suffered from intraoperative cardiovascular complication is older than the patient about no complication.Male has more complication than female.The complication morbidity of operation on urologic system is obviously much more than that on other systems,and of the prostatectomy is the most.The morbidity of intraoperative cardiovascular complication in patients with spinal anesthesia is higher than that with general of local anesthesia.Conclusions advanced age,male,operation on urologic system and spinal,anesthesia type are some of the risk factors for intraoperative cardiovascular complication in geriatric noncardiac surgery.
