| Abstract: | With increasing numbers of contract nurses year by year in hospital during 2002-2006, corresponding problems were increased yearly. Adoption of some solutions to these problems rendered the contract nurse to become the backbone of the nursing contingents. It was found that it ensured the elevation of nursing special skill level together with diagnosis and treatment technique level and smooth development of the basic hospital works, thus meeting the demand of the masses and social health service. |
