| 摘 要： | 目的:建立齐墩果酸片的含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长薄层扫描法,以环己烷-丙酮-醋酸乙酯-冰醋酸(65:25:10:1)为展开剂,扫描波长λS=220nm,λR=330nm。结果:齐墩果酸在1~5μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999),平均回收率99.11%,RSD为1.56%。结论:该法简便快速,结果稳定,重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a determination method of Oleanolic Acid Tablets.Methods:Thin layer scanning was used with cyclohexane-acetone-ethyl acetate-acetic acid(65:25:10:1) as developer,220nm as detection wavelength and 330nm as reference wavelength.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1~5μg(r=0.999).The average recovery was 99.11%,RSD was 1.56%.Conclusion:This method was simple,rapid and the result was stable with a good repetition. |
