剖宫产手术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药干预前后对比分析

目的：分析干预前后剖宫产手术围手术期预防性使用抗菌药的对比情况，了解围手术期抗菌药管理和干预措施的效果。方法：采用回顾性调查对2011年10～12月196例及2012年10～12月210例行剖宫产手术的出院病例抗菌药使用情况进行统计分析。结果：预防性抗菌使用的不合理率从干预前的77.55%下降为干预后的17.62%，抗菌药的使用不合理性明显降低（P〈0.05）。但在药物选择、疗程、剂量等方面仍存在不合理现象。结论：干预措施对减少抗菌药应用的不合理现象作用明显，但不合理用药现象仍存在，需进一步加强监督和管理。

Comparative Analysis of Perioperative Prophylactic Use of Antibiotics Before and After Intervention in Patients Undergoing Cesarean Section

Objective：To analyze and compare the prophylactic use of antibiotics before and after the intervention in patients undergoing cesarean section during the perioperative period to evaluate the effect of the intervention measures and perioperative antibiotic drug management.Methods：Retrospective investigations were made to statistically analyze 196 cases of the patients undergoing cesarean section and using antibiotics from October to December in 2011 and 210 cases from October to December in 2012. Results： The rate of unreasonable use of antibiotics dropped from 77.55% in 2011 to 17.62% in 2012, which had its statistical significance （P〈0.05）. But there were still some problems in the choice of antibiotics, course of treatment, dosage and other aspects. Conclusion：The intervention measures of antibiotics application played an obvious role in the reduction of unreasonable phenomenon, but the irrational use of drugs still existed; therefore, the intervention and regulation needed to be further strengthened.
