摘    要:目的 对罗红霉素的晶型进行分析,并探讨不同晶型对罗红霉素溶解速率、溶出度的影响。方法 晶型分析采用x射线粉末衍射法和红外光谱法,溶解速率和溶出度测定采用转篮法、转速为100r.min-1。结果 3种罗红霉素的结晶为3种不同的晶型,不同晶型的罗红霉素溶解速率和溶出度有一定差异。结论 为罗红霉素的质量控制提供了科学依据。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To study crystal type of roxithromycin, and the relationship of roxithromycin crystal type and its dissolution rate and dissolution. METHODS X ray powder diffraction and infrared spectroscopy were used in the analysis of crystal type. The dissolutive Apparatus 1 was used with 100 rpm. RESULTS The result showed that three roxithromycin crystal were different crystal type, and the dissolution rate and dissolution of different crystal type had some difference. CONCLUSION The study provide a scientific basis for quality control of roxithromycin.
