关于疗养的不良反应与防治措施

关于疗养的不良反应在目前公开出版发行的专著、杂志中很少谈及，但疗养专业人员在工作中又时常遇及。本文根据有关资料，结合笔者多年的工作实践，提出了疗养不良反应的概念、临床表现和防治措施。疗养不良反应的概念指机体接受疗养因子作用后产生不适症状或病情加重的反应。其临床表现有体质下降、不适症状，从健康到病态、病情加重和气象病理反应等。根据不良反应的程度可分为轻、中、重三度。轻度不需处理；中度需调整疗养因子的作用方式和剂量；重度应停止疗养因子的作用，酌情给予吸氧、镇静和药物脱敏等。

Convalescent adverse reaction and measures of prevention and treatment

The convalescent adverse reaction can be often met,but there is few publication dealing with it.The article researched the subject. The convalescent adverse reaction means the advent of discomfort or the wores of disease during convalescent factor effect.It includes the decline of physique,the occurring of discomfort and disease,the pathologic reaction of meteorology and etc.The clinical manifestation can be divided into the mild,moderate and severe degrees.Treatment is not necessary for the mild.The effect patterns and dosage of convalescent factors should be adjusted on the moderate.About the severe,withdrawing the effect of convalescent factor and providing oxygen,sedatives and /or drugs against allergy need to bo administrated.
