坦度螺酮对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

目的探讨坦度螺酮对首发精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法选择符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的首发精神分裂症患者122例,随机分为奥氮平单药治疗组(单药组)和奥氮平合并坦度螺酮组(合并组)。治疗前后进行重复性神经心理测查系统(RBANS)测定认知功能。比较两组患者治疗后认知功能的改善。结果入组基线期,两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分、临床总体印象量表(CGI)评分及认知RBANS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗12周后共失访21例,两组PANSS总分减分及CGI评分减分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);而合并组患者RBANS总分增加显著高于单药组(P<0.05)。结论坦度螺酮能改善首发精神分裂症认知功能。

Effect of Tandospimne on cognition of patients with first-episode schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effect of Tandospimne on cognition of patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods 122 patients with first-episode schizophrenia met with DSM-Ⅳ were chosen and randomly divided into two groups： Olanzapine group （single group） and Olanzapine combined with Tandospimne group （combination group）. Cognition of patients was assessed by repeatable battery for the assessmental of neuropsychological status （RBANS） before and after treatment. Then the improvement of patients＇ cognition was compared between the two groups after treatment. Results At the baseline, PANSS total score, CGI, and RBANS were not significantly different between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After 12-week treatment, total 21 patients were unable to contact, and the change of PANSS total score and CGI showed no sig- nificant difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. However, cognition of patients in combination group increased signifi- cantly than single group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tandospirone may improve the cognitive function in first-episode schizophrenia.
