内皮祖细胞在相关脑血管疾病中的研究进展

【摘要】 内皮祖细胞（endothelial progenitor cells，EPCs）是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞。大量研究表明，内皮祖细胞既参与了胚胎时期的血管发育和形成，也对出生后的成体血管新生、修复、重建等有重要作用。内皮祖细胞的这一生物学特性，被越来越多的引入到相关脑血管疾病的基础与临床研究之中，为脑血管疾病的发生发展机制、早期诊断、新型治疗、预后判断提供了新思路。

Endothelial Progenitor Cells in Cerebrovascular Disease

Endothelial progenitor cells（EPCs） are the precursor cells of the vascular endothelial cells. A large number of studies have shown that endothelial progenitor cells participate in both embryonic vascular formation and development, also played a crucial role in adult angiogenesis. This important biological characteristic of endothelial progenitor cells is now being more and more introduced into the basic and clinical research into cerebrovascular disease, and it can provide new ideas for the development mechanism, early diagnosis, new treatment and prognostic judgment.
