摘    要:目的了解桂林市小学生心理压力源状况,为开展小学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取桂林市3所小学的1000名一~六年级学生为调查对象,用自编的"小学生心理压力源"问卷进行测试。结果父母教养、同伴交往方面的生活事件是小学生的主要压力源;来自教师、学业方面的生活事件对小学男生的影响显著高于小学女生;高年龄学生的总体压力水平显著高于低年龄学生;父母文化程度较低家庭的学生总体压力水平显著高于父母文化程度较高家庭的学生。结论应根据小学生的性别和年级差异特点来缓解小学生的生活压力,改善小学生的心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status of stressor amomg pupils in Guilin, and to provide evidence for their mental health education. Methods Cluster stratified sample of 1 000 pupils were chosen from 3 primary schools in Guilin. They were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Results The main stressors were parental rearing, life events of friends. Life events from teachers and learning influenced boys more than girls. The elder pupils received more stress than younger ones did. The pupils whose parents had lower education level received higher education level than the pupils whose parents had higher education level. Conclusion Their life stress and mental health should be alleviated according to the differences in genders and grades.
