The role of operating room head nurse in coordinating doctor- nurse relationship

Objective Investigated the role and method of operating room head nurse in coordinating doctor-nurse relationship in operating room. Methods Analyzed characteristic of doctor-nurse relationship and the possible reason of contrary between doctor and nurse. Results Introduced the idea of coordination doctor-nurse relationship and administration nurses and explained the means and significance of four-combination and four-relationship in coordination doctor-nurse relationship and administration nurses. Conclusion It is important part of realizing the work-objection to coordinate doctor-nurse relationship in operation room.
