| 摘 要： | 作为生物医学显像的一种高、新技术,PET显像已从实验研究阶段进入临床应用,开创了人体生命分子水平研究的新阶段。本文对PET显像在中枢神经系统中的应用,如脑肿瘤、癫痫、抑郁、痴呆、运动障碍性疾病、脑血管疾病、脑功能等方面的研究给予介绍。

| Abstract: | Positron emission tomography (PET),as a high technique and new imaging modality, hasgone from the laboratory study stage to the clinicalapplication stage, and first helped medical sciencestep to an area in which we can look into what isgoing on and how it happens in our body and mind.It has played an important role in oncology, neurology,cardiology, and so on. This paper is to introduce whatPET can do in human's central nervous system, such asits investigation in brain tumor, epilepsy, depression, de-mentia, Parkinson's disease, cerebrovascular disease andfunction of brain and mind. |
