摘    要:目的探讨泌尿系感染病原菌的构成比及耐药性,为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法 239株泌尿系感染病原菌的培养、鉴定严格按照《全国临床检验操作规程》,采用常规方法进行;采用美国临床实验室标准化研究所推荐的K-B法进行药物敏感试验和评价结果。结果医院239株泌尿系感染病原菌中大肠埃希菌分离率最高,占64.9%;其次是肠球菌属,占12.1%;泌尿系感染病原菌对常用抗菌药物均产生了不同程度的耐药性,但糖肽类抗菌药物对革兰阳性菌100.0%敏感;碳青霉烯类抗菌药物对革兰阴性菌100.0%敏感。结论泌尿系感染病原菌耐药性呈上升趋势,应加强预防与控制。
