| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床分离的粪肠球菌对抗菌药物的耐药情况。方法采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会推荐的确认方法,筛选出粪肠球菌347株,应用K-B纸片扩散法检测粪肠球菌对9种临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性。结果粪肠球菌对青霉素、红霉素、四环素、庆大霉素的耐药率分别高达85.0%、76.9%、66.0%、62.8%,对大多数常用抗菌药物耐药率>50.0%,只有呋喃妥因、氨苄西林的耐药率较低,并发现14株耐万古霉素粪肠球菌。结论临床标本分离出的粪肠球菌应根据药敏试验结果合理选用抗菌药物,且注意万古霉素的使用,防止耐药率的升高。
