| 摘 要： | 随着各项法律和规章制度的不断完善,职业病诊断与鉴定工作逐步开始步入法制化、规范化的管理轨道.通过对2009年农民工Z"尘肺事件"的案例回顾,分析了我国现行职业病诊断和鉴定制度所面临的问题及其原因,探讨了职业病诊断和鉴定过程中的应该遵从的基本原则,并提出了符合我国职业病防治实际现状的职业病诊断和鉴别制度的建议.Abstract：Ongoing improvement of the laws, rules and regulations are putting the diagnosis and verification of occupational diseases in China onto a legal and standard track. A case study of the "Pneumouconiosis event" of migrant worker Z in 2009 analyzed the challenges and causes of such system.In addition, the authors probed into the fundamental principles to follow in the diagnosis and verification,and raised recommendations for a better diagnosis and verification system in China.
