| 摘 要： | 目的了解酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和胶体金(硒)免疫层析(GICA)两种不同方法检测HIV抗体的敏感性。方法采用ELISA和6个不同生产厂家GICA法检测,比较其最低检测下限。结果 6份样本稀释数万倍后ELISA法仍为阳性,GICA与ELISA法OD与值比较,不同生产厂家GICA法敏感性存在很大差异,ELISA法OD值<0.5,GICA法无一厂家试剂检出阳性,OD值>0.5只有1个厂家试剂检出阳性,其他厂家试剂均在ELISA法OD值>1.5~2.0才能检测出阳性。结论 ELISA法敏感性远高于GICA法,选择GICA法做HIV抗体筛查须慎重。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To compave the efficiency of enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and colloidal gold immunochromatographic(GICA) to detect the sensitivity of HIV antibodies.METHODS The lowest limit of detection was compared by using ELISA and GICA reagents from 6 reagent suppliers.RESULTS All 6 samples showed positive results by using ELISA even when samples were diluted to tens of thousands of times while large difference existed in detection sensitivity by using different reagents in GICA.None of the reagen... |
