| 摘 要： | 目的了解肿瘤患者医院真菌感染的分布特点,制定正确的预防措施。方法对医院724例患者的送检资料进行回顾性分析。结果 724例标本共检出真菌102株,占14.09%,其中以白色假丝酵母菌最常见占66.67%,其次是光滑假丝酵母菌占13.73%,热带假丝酵母菌9.80%,克柔假丝酵母菌4.90%,近平滑假丝酵母菌2.94%,其他假丝酵母菌1.96%;患者真菌感染部位以呼吸道为主占56.64%;其次是消化道23.01%,泌尿道13.27%,口腔5.31%,其他部位1.77%。结论肿瘤患者医院真菌感染以白色假丝酵母菌居多;患者真菌感染部位以呼吸道为主;制定适合肿瘤专科医院特点的预防措施,可有效地预防肿瘤患者真菌感染的发生。
