摘    要:目的了解泌尿系真菌感染的菌株分布及耐药率,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供依据。方法对2009年1-12月送检的1513份尿培养标本进行回顾性调查分析。结果共分离139株真菌,检出率为9.19%,前3位菌株分别是热带假丝酵母菌73株(52.52%)、白色假丝酵母菌38株(27.34%)、光滑假丝酵母菌13株(9.35%),所有菌株对两性霉素B、5-氟胞嘧啶100.00%敏感,对氟康唑、伏立康唑、伊曲康唑的耐药率分别是36.69%、41.73%、46.76%。结论热带假丝酵母菌的分离率及对氟康唑、伏立康唑、伊曲康唑的耐药率呈逐年上升趋势,应引起临床医师的高度重视。
