ABCG4在食管鳞癌中的表达及与化疗药耐药相关性的研究

[目的]探讨ABC膜转运蛋白ABCG4在食管鳞癌中的表达及与化疗药物耐药性的相关性。[方法]采用免疫组化检测ABCG4在66例食管鳞癌中的表达。用MTT法检测相应癌组织对化疗药物的敏感性。[结果]ABCG4表达总阳性率65．15％。在TNM分期Ⅱa、Ⅱb、Ⅲ期中阳性率分别为34．5％、90．5％、87．5％，3组间有显著性差异（P=0．000）。除紫杉醇外，9种化疗药物药物敏感性与ABCG4表达均呈负相关（rs〈-0．3．P〈0．05）。[结论]ABCG4在食管鳞癌的表达与TNM分期有相关性，并很可能与食管鳞癌化疗药耐药有关。

Expression of ABCG4 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Its Correlation with Chemoresistance

[Purpose] To investigate expression of ATP-binding cassette （ABC） transporter G4 （ABCG4） protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its correlation of chemoresistance. [Methods] Expression of ABCG4 in 66 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected immunohistochemieally. The chemosensitivity of cancer tissue was assayed by MTT method. [Resultsl The overall positive expression of ABCG4, was 65.15%, and the positive expression of ABCG4 in TNM stage Ⅱ a, Ⅱ b,Ⅲ groups was 34.5%, 90.5% and 87.5% respectively, with significant difference （P=0.000）. Except paclitaxel chemosensitivity in 9 agents was negative correlated with ABCG4 expression （rs〈-0.3,P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] Expression of ABCG4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is correlated with TNM staging, and it might be related with chemoresistance.
