ABCG4在食管鳞癌中的表达及与化疗药耐药相关性的研究

目的]探讨ABC膜转运蛋白ABCG4在食管鳞癌中的表达及与化疗药物耐药性的相关性。方法]采用免疫组化检测ABCG4在66例食管鳞癌中的表达。用MTT法检测相应癌组织对化疗药物的敏感性。结果]ABCG4表达总阳性率65．15％。在TNM分期Ⅱa、Ⅱb、Ⅲ期中阳性率分别为34．5％、90．5％、87．5％，3组间有显著性差异（P=0．000）。除紫杉醇外，9种化疗药物药物敏感性与ABCG4表达均呈负相关（rs〈-0．3．P〈0．05）。结论]ABCG4在食管鳞癌的表达与TNM分期有相关性，并很可能与食管鳞癌化疗药耐药有关。

Expression of ABCG4 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Its Correlation with Chemoresistance

Purpose] To investigate expression of ATP-binding cassette （ABC） transporter G4 （ABCG4） protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its correlation of chemoresistance. Methods] Expression of ABCG4 in 66 cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected immunohistochemieally. The chemosensitivity of cancer tissue was assayed by MTT method. Resultsl The overall positive expression of ABCG4, was 65.15%, and the positive expression of ABCG4 in TNM stage Ⅱ a, Ⅱ b,Ⅲ groups was 34.5%, 90.5% and 87.5% respectively, with significant difference （P=0.000）. Except paclitaxel chemosensitivity in 9 agents was negative correlated with ABCG4 expression （rs〈-0.3,P〈0.05）. Conclusions] Expression of ABCG4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is correlated with TNM staging, and it might be related with chemoresistance.
