急诊口服抗高血压药使用情况分析

目的了解我院急诊口服抗高血压药的使用情况。方法采用药物利用指数法，对我院2006年6月至2008年6月急诊处方中口服抗高血压药的品种、用药频度（DDDs）、药物利用指数（DUI）等进行统计、分析。结果DDDs排序靠前的主要包括钙拮抗药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂及β受体阻断剂。结论我院急诊口服抗高血压药的使用与当前常用于降压的药物基本相符，但需扩大应用品种，尤其是长效降压药，坚持个体化给药，关注药品不良反应。

Application Of oral antihypertenslve drugs in emergency department

Objective To investigate the application of oral antihypertensive drugs in emergency department of this hospital. Methods By using drug utilization index, oral antihypertensive drugs applied in emergency department of this hospital from 2006 to 2008 were statistically analyzed in respect of the drug categories, DDDs, DDC etc. Results The list of leading drugs in terms of DDDs was as follows ： calcium antagonists, ACEI and β-receptor blockers. Conclusion The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in emergency department of this hospital was basically in line with that of currently common applied antihypertensive drugs, however, the application categories should be extended, especially for those with prolonged action. Furthermore. individualized mediealion should he advocated and attention should be attached to ADR.
