40例纵形折裂磨牙全冠修复的疗效观察

目的：用全冠修复纵形折裂磨牙以保存患牙，恢复咀嚼功能。方法：４０例患牙折裂后１周内就诊无牙周及根尖周疾病的磨牙，以钢丝结扎患牙，并进行根管充填术或塑化术。患牙按常规取模，制作全冠。结果：１年后复诊４０例患牙中３８例有效，能恢复患牙的正常结构和功能，另有２例半年左右因疼痛，松动而拔除。结论：有保留价值的纵形折裂磨牙经髓病治疗后金属全冠修复，有效率达９５％，所以应用全冠修复保存纵形折裂磨牙不失为一种有

Broken- off Moloar Tooth Reserved with Crown: 40 Cases Report

Objective: 40 moloar teeth broken off were reserved with crown, and their function were recovered. Materials and Methods: The 40 moloar teeth without alveolysis within one week, were tied with steel wire, treated with root cannel filling or resinifying therapy. Impression and crown, were made. Results: They were followed up in a year. Of 40 teeth 38 were available, their function and structure were recovered; the other two teeth were extracted because of ache or movement in 6 months. Conclusion: The available moloar teeth broken off are reserved with crown. The effective rate is 95 %. So it is effective method for the broken - off moloar teeth.
