摘    要:目的 观察不同温度停搏液鼠心灌注后大鼠心肌超微结构的变化,并探讨不同温度心肌保护下的效果差异。方法 实验大鼠分成对照、4℃、15℃、30℃4组。鼠心灌注停搏液停搏后,利用透射电镜技术观察心肌标本超微结构。结果 30℃组心肌保护效果最好,4℃组最差,15℃组介于二者之间。且在4℃组观察到心肌纤维挛缩,线粒体嵴的破坏,内质网扩张,冠状血管挛缩等现象。结论 心肌的温保护效果优于冷保护。

Abstract:Objective To observe the rat's myocardial ultrastructures after perfused by cardioplegia in 3 different temperatures.Methods The animals were divided into 4 groups: control group, 4℃group, 15℃ group and 30℃group. And the electron microscope was used to observe the structures of the samples. Results The myocardial protection was better in 30℃ group than in 15℃ group, while the worst effect was in 4℃ group. And there were endoplasmatic reticulum enlargement and the myofibril contracture in the 4℃ group.Conclusion The warm cardioplegia might be a better choice than the cold one.
