冷原子吸收法测定尿汞消化方法的比较

摘    要:目的:通过对3种前处理方法比较,以找出冷原子吸收法测定尿汞最佳的前处理方法。方法:采集30例正常人尿液,分别进行不同的前处理,然后采用冷原子吸收法测定其尿汞的浓度,进行数据分析。结果:这3种前处理方法中,回收率最好的是恒温消化法,其次是冷消化法,再次是热消化法,它们的变异系数分别是:恒温消化法6.80%,冷消化法7.86%,热消化法16.14%,t检验表明3种方法互相之间差异均有非常显著性,恒温消化优于冷消化法和热消化法。结论:冷原子吸收法测定尿汞的消化方法以恒温消化法为最佳选择。

Abstract:[Objective] To find out the best way of predigestion of urine mercury determination using cold atomic absorption spectrometric among three methods. [Methods] 30 cases of urine mercury concentration were determined with cold atomic absorption spectrometric after predigested in three ways, then analysis the data. [Results] The best result of recovery rate is constant temperature digestion, the next is cold digestion, and the worst is heating digestion. The coefficient variation of constant temperature digestion is 6. 80% , cold digestion 7 .96% , and heating digestion 16.14% . T-test shows significant difference among the three ways of predigestion. Constant temperature digestion is better than cold digestion and heating digestion ( P < 0.01) . [Conclusion] The best predigestion way of urine mercury using cold atomic absorption spectrometric is constant temperature digestion.
