| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液中miRNA用于结直肠癌早期诊断的意义。方法选择我院收治的结直肠癌32例,抽取血液与健康体检者的血液对比miRNA。结果肿瘤患者血清中miR-21、miR-31、miR-106a水平明显高于正常人,miR-135a、miR-135b、miR-143、miR-145水平明显低于正常人(P<0.05);肿瘤患者血清中miR-31水平Ⅳ期、Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅰ期(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA可反映结直肠癌的发生,说明miRNA可作为新的生物标记物用于结直肠癌的早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of miRNA in the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods Blood samples were extracted from 32 patients with colorectal cancer,and then their miRNA level was compared with that from healthy subjects.Results The levels of miR-21,miR-31 and miR-106a were significantly higher and that of miR-135a,miR-135b,miR-143 and miR-145 were significantly lower in the tumor sera than in the normal controls’(P < 0.05).In the tumor sera,the level of miR-31 at Phase Ⅳ or Ⅲ was significantly higher than that at phase Ⅰ(P < 0.05).Conclusion The level of miRNA can reflect the incidence of colorectal cancer,and can be used as a biomarker for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. |
