胎儿脉络丛囊肿超声诊断及临床意义

目的探讨孕中期胎儿脉络丛囊肿超声诊断及临床意义。方法回顾分析我院2010年6月-2012年12月孕中期超声诊断所提示的20例胎儿脉络丛囊肿。结果其中双侧13例,单侧7例(单侧合并左心室强光点1例,单侧合并单脐动脉1例)。20例行无创DNA检查无异常,并进行了孕中期系统排畸筛查均没有发现新的重大结构畸形、每2~4周超声动态观察及生后随访。结论产前超声诊断提示脉络丛囊肿的胎儿,仔细扫查未合并其他新的结构畸形,无创DNA检查染色体无异常,产后随访智力及其他方面也没有因脉络膜丛囊肿而受影响,预后良好。

Plexus cyst ultrasound diagnosis and clinical significance of fetal choroid

[ Objective ] To investigate the plexus cyst ultrasound diagnosis and clinical significance of second trimester fetal choroid. [ Methods ] We reviewed 20 cases of fetal choroid interim ultrasonic diagnosis in our hospital from 2010 June to 2012 December pregnancy suggests plexus cyst analysis. [ Resluts ] Among them 13 cases were bilateral, unilateral in 7 cases （1 cases, unilateral with left ventricular light point of unilateral combined with single umbilical artery of 1 cases）. 20 cases of DNA noninvasive examination no abnormalities,and the second trimester system abnormal row screening were found no new structural abnormalities, follow-up ultrasound dynamic observation and every 2-4 weeks after birth. [ Conclusion ] prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal choroid plexus cyst, careful scanning is not associated with other new structural abnormalities, noninvasive DNA chromosome examination no abnormalities, postpartum follow-up intelligence and other aspects are not the choroid plexus cyst and affected, the prognosis is good.
