谈手术分级管理制度的修订与落实

摘要依据〈医疗技术临床应用管理办法〉和〈三级综合医院评审标准实施细则（2011版）〉要求,探索在现有条件下落实〈手术分级管理制度〉.具体做法是调研、制定可行性标准,修订出台专项制度：手术医师资格准入、手术分级授权与动态管理、建立手术医师技术档案.制度管理和落实到每位医师;实时监督、动态管理.制度的落实对明确医师权限、确保手术安全和手术质量有重要作用;对提高医师手术技能、加强医院学科建设有促进作用.

Revision and Implementation of Operation Grading Management Rules

To explore the implementation of the Management Rules for Operation Grading based on current situations. Some actions were taken including qualifying of surgeons, operation grade-based authorizing, dynamic management and setting up technical archives of surgeons. Detailed procedures are according to Regulation of Clinical Application of Medical Skills and Detailed Execu- tive Reviewing Standards for Grade -ⅢHospitals （ 2011 ）, and included investigation, establishment of practical criteria, revision and release of specific rules. The implementation of rules has played important roles in clarifying the authority of doctors, guarantee- ing the safety and quality of operations, as well as in promoting skills of doctors and improving hospital academic levels.
