螺旋CT对囊性肾癌的诊断价值

目的分析囊性肾癌螺旋CT的表现并探讨其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的囊性肾癌28例病例的螺旋CT表现特点。结果 28例囊性肾癌中,病灶位于右肾者11例,病灶位于左肾者17例;其中单囊13例、多囊15例;囊壁局限性增厚19例;囊内伴壁结节25例,有分隔者15例,伴钙化者4例。增强扫描实性部分明显增强14例,中度增强6例,轻度增强3例。本组病例见7例腹膜后淋巴结转移,6例见肾静脉或下腔静脉瘤栓形成。结论囊性肾癌的螺旋CT表现相对有特征性,对临床诊断及术前准备有一定价值。

Value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma

[ Methods ] Confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed 28 cases of cystic renal cancer cases of the spiral CT performance characteristics. Solid enhancement scanning component significantly enhance 14 cases, moderate increase 6 cases, mild enhancement 3 cases. Incidence see 7 cases of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis, 6 cases of renal vein or inferior vena cava tumor emboli. [ Conclusion ] Spiral CT manifestation of cystic renal cancer are relatively characteristic, has certain value for clinical diagnosis and preoperative preparation.
