降糖保肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病100例临床研究

目的:观察中药降糖保肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:糖尿病肾病患者160例,治疗组100例,予以降糖保肾胶囊,对照组予以洛汀新、代文其中一种,1个月为1疗程,观察2个疗程。2组治疗前后均测血糖、肾功能、尿微量蛋白、尿蛋白定量等。结果:治疗组总有效率为92%,显效率为38%;对照组总有效率为76.7%,显效率为26.7%。2组治疗前后FPG、UAER、BUN、Cr、mALb/cr情况均有明显好转(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:降糖保肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病效果良好,且未发现明显副作用。

A Clinical Study on the Treatment of 100 Diabetic Nephropathy Patients with Jiang Tang Bao Shen Capsule

Objective:To observe the clinic effectiveness of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients with Jiang Tang Bao Shen Capsule.Methods:160 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into one test group and one control group at random sample.100 patients in the test group were treated with Jiang Tang Bao Shen Capsule while the patients in the control group were treated with either Lotensin or Divan.One month is a course of treatment and two courses were observed.The blood sugar,kidney function,urine micro-dose protein,amount of urine protein of the patients in the two groups were determined before and after the treatment.Results:The total rate of the effectiveness in the test group was 92% and the rate of noticeable effect was 38% while the total rate of the effectiveness in the control group was 76.7% and the rate of noticeable effect was 26.7%.FPG,UAER,BUN,Cr,mALb/cr of the patients in the two groups were obviously improved after the treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiang Tang Bao Shen Capsule has a good effect on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients and no side effect has been found.
