某部官兵健商问卷调查分析

目的了解军人健商状况。以科学地指导部队的健康教育和卫勤保障工作。方法采用谢华真教授的健商问卷量表，按军官、士官、士兵三个群体进行无记名问卷调查，对回收问卷进行全面的统计学分析。结果调查部队整体的健商指数偏低，除生活方式与生活技能两项比较理想外，其余三项均为值得警惕分值。通过本组资料三个群体的比较显示。健商值并非与其职务成正比。结论低健商值会引起健康的失平衡状态，最终引发疾病的产生，因此，为提高部队的健康和自我保健意识，引导官兵做健康的主人，健康宣教迫在眉睫。

Analysis on Questionnaire Survey of Health Quotient of Officers and Soldiers in a Military Unit

Objective To understand the state of the health quotient of the military men so as to provide scientific guidance to health education and health service security in the military. Methods Officers, petty officers and soldiers were divided into three groups and were given the questionnaire survey sheets put forward by Professor XIE Hua-zhen;a statistic analysis was made to the sheets. Results The health quotient index of the military was relative low ; except for the two comparatively satisfactory items,the life style and the life skill, the other three items gave out the warning data ; the information from the three groups showed that health quotient index was not in direct proportion to post. Conclusions Low health quotient index will cause misbalance of health and then cause diseases, thus health education should be stressed so as to raise the health level of the military men and their self-sense of health care.
