| 摘 要： | 为探明三峡建坝后，生态环境发生改变，在库区湖北段能否造成血吸虫病传播的危险性，采用回顾性调查、现场调查、类比实验和生态实验的方法。结果表明，三峡建坝后生态环境的改变将有可能改变由于山高坡陡的地形地貌而产生的泥沙难以淤积，土壤干燥等不利于钉螺孳生的因素，更有利于钉螺生长。水运条件的改善，将促进物资交流，有利于钉螺的输入。因而，三峡建坝将有可能增加库区湖北段血吸虫病传播的危险。

| Abstract: | Whether there is a possibility of schistosomiasis spreading in Hubei section with as the ecological environment changes due to Three Geoge Dam which is being built is not known. To elucidate this, we made investigations with retrospective field, comparative and ecological methods. The results indicated that difficulty to sedimentation of sands and mud owing to high mountain and steep slope and dry soil that hinder the breeding of snails will be reverted to be favorable for growth of snails with environment changes after Three Geoge Dam is constructed. Improvement of water transportation will promote material exchange as well as import of snails. Therefore if no prevention is taken. Construction of Three Geoge Dam might increase the danger of spreading of schistosomiasis in Hubei section in the Three Geoge Reservoir. |
