MTI摄影筛查仪筛查婴幼儿斜视和屈光不正分析

目的 探讨MTI摄影筛查仪在眼科门诊对婴幼儿进行斜视和屈光不正筛查的价值。方法 对门诊的226例婴幼儿进行了筛查，阳性结果的病例再进行眼科常规检查，二者进行对比。结果 儿童合作率为100％，筛查结果异常率达22．84％，其中屈光不正占16．99％，斜视占5．75％。预测阳性率分别为斜视100％、远视100％、近视76．92％、散光88．88％、屈光参差87．50％。结论 MTI摄影筛查仪对婴幼儿斜视和屈光不正有很高的预测阳性率，它与眼科常规检查的结合可以提高防治弱视的效率。

Infant ametropia and strabismus screening using the MTI photoscreener

Objective To study the effect of screening infant strabismus and ametropia at eye clinic using the MTI photoscreener.Methods 226 infants were screened by an ophthalmologist taking photoscreening photographs.Those who failed the screening were performed a routine examination.The results of the two methods were compared.Results The collaboration rate was 100%.The referral rate was 22.84%,if which strabismus takes 5.75% and ametropia 16.99%.The predictive value positive(PVP) was 100%(strabismus),100%(hyperopic),76.92%(myopia),88.88%(astigmatism),and 87.50%(anisomitropia)respectively.Conclusions The MTI photoscreener has a high PVP for infant strabismus and ametropia combined with routine eye examination,the using of the MTI photoscreener can promote the efficiency of the prevention and treatment of amblyopia.
